1. The resume is certainly a good tool to review. How do you actually "assess" the value of a candidate's resume? Is there a way to "measure" the resume?
2. What are some of those red flags that we might see in the resume?
3. What is it that would cause management to look outside of the company....besides their feelings? Is there a way to know if a candidate is the right "fit" at the feeling level?
4. What are job aptitude assessments....how do they work? Where do you find them?
