A company develops a web application to hire employees.
1. The first step is to enter basic info such as name, email, and phone.
2. The applicant receives a SMS verification code to confirm that the phone number entered is correct.
3. The applicant then enters the code and proceeds with the rest of the application.
If the application is completed, it goes to a workflow for review; otherwise, if the applicant fails to complete the application goes to incomplete status; and in order to complete the application, the applicant needs to go back to the first step.
One of the possible issues with this process is that the applicants' device would have to continuously write to the database to capture individuals as they are updated.
