3. What is the difference between Skinner's operant conditioning and Pavlov's classical conditioning?
4. Within the Philosophical camp, what is the difference between "logical positivism" (Carnap and Hempel) and the pure "behaviorism" of Ryle?
If you could also shed some light on why there is a linguistics component to some of the arguments (e.g. Skinner argues for psychological explanations to be in terms of law-like connections between stimulus and response) that would really help too.
