A soft drink manufacturer installed a new bottling process to fill 390-ml bottles of their popular soft drink "fizzy stuff". In order to verify that the filler is set up correctly, the company conducted a study. A sample of 19 filled bottles was randomly selected to determine whether the average fill of all bottles is different to the 390mls stated on the bottles. The mean was found to be 389mls with a standard deviation of 7.54mls. Determine whether the filler's initial set-up should be readjusted.
