2. Cal Ripken owns a Jeep Cherokee. In an effort to increase business, Jeep manages to get a picture of Cal Ripken driving his Jeep and uses it in their campaign. Cal Ripken did not realize they took the picture and did not give anyone permission to take or distribute the picture.
