1. Identify the main communication problems Boeing is facing, the causes of the problems and the symptoms.
2. Identify the key stakeholder groups and discuss the issues that one or two stakeholder groups are concerned about.
3. Discuss how Boeing can use all the steps in the communication model to deal with the key stakeholder groups. Please refer to the steps in the communication model in your discussion. (e.g. sender, encode, channel, receiver-decode, feedback).
