2. Why, how, when and where RFP or RFQ are use in the project process? Define briefly the difference between RFP and RFQ.
3. What is the core content of the RFP - briefly describe the main elements?
4. What is involved in the selection of contractor from bid proposals (RFP or RFQ)? Describe the steps in the selection process.
5. What is the main purpose of a procurement audit? Identify adequate change control on projects that involve outside contracts.
