1-do employees have a right to free speech while not at

1-Do employees have a right to free speech while not at work? Do they have a right to not be monitored by their employers when they are "off the job"? Is this an ethical issue as well as a legal issue?

2-Should employee have the right to criticize their employer and manager on a social networking site? are the violating any ethical duties they owe their employers?

3- Assuming the manager came across an incident where a manager saw an employee complaining about their work on a social network while not at work. what actions if any, should they take? what ethical principles should guide their actions?

This is just a home work no need to be more than 2-3 pages long. Please don''t make it too booky but more personal thoughts.
