1. Developing a vision, mission, goals and objectives, etc. are all important parts of making a strategic plan. However, how effective those plans are depending on how they are monitored and controlled through this process.
The question is, how does a company decide what methods need to be used monitor the plans and their implementation? What kind of methods can be used to control the plans through implementation and beyond?
2. Through all of this strategic planning the overall goal for a company to figure out a way to find competitive success. Can anyone provide any examples of companies that have managed to find competitive success or who have failed to find that success? What strategic plans led to their success or failure?
