This assignment is to familiarize you with the type of organizational structure you function best within, and feel more comfortable with. Why is this important? If, as your career moves forward, you look for the correct organizational structure for employment, you are bound to be a more productive asset and contributor, let alone more personally satisfied, in your choice! First, complete the "Organizational Design Preference" sheet to determine your total score. Then, do a bit of research to assist in writing your paper to address the following. Be sure to cite your sources from research as this is not an opinion assignment. Use fact or your grade will suffer.

3. What type of organizational structure do you currently work in?
