1) Cigarrete smoking worsens disease caused by exposure to asbestos. if a worker who smokes is exposed over many years to asbestos over many years in the work place and subsequently develops lung cancer , then who is responsible for his developing lung cancer ? is the employer responsible or does the worker bear some personal responsibility?
