1) What external environmental factors have influenced how that organization conducts its operations?
2) How was the organization so influenced and was changed or reinforced as a result of this?
3) How was what was influenced an element of a cultural characteristic?
When you dialog with your peers, you can certainly indicate what other factors you think may have influenced this organization's culture or deepened the linkage that your peer made.
