In throwaway approach the prototyping is constructed with the idea that it will be discarded after the analysis is complete and the final system will be built from scratch. In the evolutionary approach, the prototyping is built with the idea that is will eventually be converted into the final system.
The two approaches are very different in how they proceed and what part of the system they include in the prototyping. In throwaway prototyping as the prototyping is to be discarded there is no point in implementing those parts of the requirements that are already well understood.
