DCM or Digital clock manager refers to a completely digital control system which uses the feedback to manage the clock signal attributes along with the high degree of precision despite the normal variations in the operating temperature and voltage.
That is clock output of the DCM is stable over the wide range of temperature and voltage, and also skew linked with the DCM is minimum and all the phases of input clock may be attained. The output of DCM coming from the global buffer may handle more loads.
