Our body has a supporting frame-work build up of bones. This frame-work is termed as skeleton. It is the skeleton which provides the body its firmness. Without skeleton our body will be as agile as that of a worm. There is other great benefit of the skeleton. It protects a few of the most delicate portions of the human body form exterior injury.
