Robot welding systems are considered renovated once they have passed throughout RobotWorx' comprehensive 168-point reconditioning procedure.

Each employed robot welding system is systematically cleaned, tested, reworked, and given a clean coat of paint. Our robot service department disburses close concentration to every feature of robot welding systems by performing the subsequent:

i) Harmonic drive and belt assembly cleaning / inspection /lubrication and replacement as required.

ii) Battery replacement

iii) Harness inspection of Wire

iv) Lubrication and Bearing check

v) performance testing and Repeatability
