What are odd and even signals
Explain what are odd and even signals?
Expert
Even signal : Continuous time signal x(t) is termed as even if it satisfies the condition:
x(t)=x(-t) for all the values of t.
Odd signal : The signal x(t) is termed as odd if it satisfies the condition x(-t)=-x(t) for all t.
It can be said that, even signal is considered as symmetric about the time origin or the vertical axis, but odd signals are considered as anti-symmetric around the vertical axis.

The network demonstrated in figure below shows the input of a biomedical amplifier, here a capacitor, C, is utilized to block dc and the input impedance is taken as purely resistive, R. Q : Find out impedance in form of phase and Find out the impedance of the network demonstrated below as considered by the voltage source, V1, while operating at a frequency of 50Hz.
