Welding robots secure to use
Are welding robots secure to use?
Expert
Welding robots are equipped with external and internal safety attributes. Light curtains, safety stops, weight-sensitive mats, walls, and shielding keep the robot and the robot operator. Other safety attributes are programmed in the robot. Vision peripherals can as well work as safety devices. Additionally, welding robots offer a secure alternative to manual welding. Unlike their human counterparts, welding robots do not run the risk of severe burns, electric shock, eye harm, and so forth. Instead, they eradicate workers from the risk zone to the safety of operator's locations. They are unaware to the bright light, chemical fumes, sparks, and excessive heat caused by welding applications.
