Describe how a datagram becomes an undeliverable datagram?

Answer: A datagram might become undeliverable, when:

A) The target host is down.
B) The route for the target host is not found.
C) The network in route to the target host is down.
D) The Time To Live (abbreviated as TTL) value of the datagram becomes (0) zero.
