How the embryo is transformed from gastrula into the neurula? How the neural tube is formed? What is embryonic origin of the nervous system within the vertebrates?

The neurula stage is classified as per the appearance of neural tube along the dorsal region of embryo. Growth of the mesoderm in that region provokes the differentiation of the ectodermal cells immediatley above. These cells are then differentiated making the neural tube. Thus origin of the nervous system is the ectoderm (same germ layer which gives birth to skin).
