Technology save the time cost and on the other hand increases the efficiency level, Quality of the work (In terms of Productivity of products and services).

As we know that the organization has n number of units or departments. In simply we can say that Organization is a consolidated form of the different departments which has different daily activities. Today human beings are not involving in hand works because technology is doing this for them like when a person wants to eat, he or she can go for a machine which can produce food in no time which require no effort that is a microwave machine. When a person needs to wash a cloth he or she don’t focus on wash with hand but go for washing machine which washes the cloth very fast. Technology have increased so fast that it made a human life very fast in terms of communication if we say there is no need of newspaper these days because a television and computer laptop gives a daily news and information on time. In case of any bank work like withdraw of money, transfer of amount etc there is a best source one thinks is internet which has increased so fast and which is increasing as per time is moving that helps a human in a positive matter lot these days.
To reduce the time consuming and increase the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the work activities of the department Organization needs technology changes.

For example: - Internet and computer use to store the data which is more organize and easy to access, Easy to understand and Easy to represent in effective manner.
