Socio - Culture Factors - Individual Organizational Behavior

The social environment of an individual includes relationship with family members, friends, co-workers, supervisors and subordinates. The behavior of other (as distinct from the individual's relationship with them) is also a part of an individual's social environment. Similarly, every individual has a culture background which shapes his values and beliefs. The socio-cultural factors moderate the effect of other factors to determine the behavior of an individual.
