Ovulation is termed as releasing of the female gamete from the ovary. Ovulation is a monthly event that takes place during each menstrual cycle. Considering as first day of the menstrual cycle, the day while menses begins, the ovulation takes place around the 14th day when the Concentrations of the hormones LH and FSH get to high levels.
