One of my friend has a problem with perception and communication in Interpersonal communication. Describe the three guidelines for enhancing perception and communication.

The three guidelines for improving perception and communication are-
1. Make sure that the perceptions are partial and subjective in nature. This is so because a person cannot imagine everything and also his perception can differ depending upon the society, culture, age, circumstance etc.
2. Try to avoid mind reading while making perception. As it involves taking care of others thoughts and ideas. While making own perception, a person should always avoid it.
3. Always distinguish between facts and inference. There should be clearly defined facts and inference used in the perception.
