R.A. 7877 is a law which prevents the employee from sexual discrimination by an employer and offers them security and human rights of employment. The law describes the sexual conduct to be unlawful under the three conditions:

1. ‘Submission to the conduct is either explicitly or implicitly form a term or circumstance of employment’;

2. ‘Submission to or rejection of such conduct is employed as a base for employment decisions’;

3. ‘The conduct has the reason or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual work performance or offensive working environment, creating an intimidating, or hostile’.
