Step 6: organization structure needs to be modified clearly and if necessary, organization needs to redesign its structure and requirements. This should implement and reviewed quickly in the organization.

Step 7: organization needs to establish the key performance measures such as past performance and past experience which will help in future performance and future results. Thus it also needs to assess and improve long term organizational performance.

Step 8: many organization use tools which create lot of conflicts internally so organization also should measure the potential forces that will increase in terms of productivity and flexibility.

Step 9: training is the most important vehicle to manage change in every organization because it helps an individual to gain skills and possess knowledge and expertise to perform. Organization should provide an opportunity to each individual to develop and to implement the best.

Step 10: the main important thing is to reward the employee for change. The employees need to be rewarded for performing well and for getting motivation.
