Low level and high level methods of animation
Describe in brief the low level methods (motion specific) and high level methods (motion generalized) animation.
Expert
Low Level methods with motion specific:
Methods employed to completely control the motion of any graphic object in any animation scene, this methods are also referred as motion specific methods as we can state the motion of any graphic object in scene, methods such as approximation, interpolation, etc are employed in motion specification of any graphic object. Low level methods are employed when animator generally has a quite particular idea of the accurate motion that he/she wants.
High Level methods with motion generalized:
Methods employed to explain usual motion behavior of any graphic object, such methods are algorithms or models employed to produce a motion employing a set of constraints or rules. The animator sets up the rules of the model, or selects an appropriate algorithm, and selects primary values or boundary values. The system is then setup to approach often relies on fairly sophisticated computation like numerical techniques and vector algebra and others.
