In eukaryotic and in prokaryotic cells How different are the location of the ribosomes?

In the prokaryotes ribosomes are found free in the cytoplasm. In the eukaryotic cells they can as well be found free in the cytoplasm and mainly stacked to external membrane of karyotheca and of rough endoplasmic reticulum.
