These changes work positively because it influence the employees to complete the task on time and more dedicated to work more as well it also helps in making the organization flexible. There is no delay in work and there is no miscommunication which occurs in work and between people because these technologies helps rebuild a strategy of team which has good motivational factors and high energy.
