The cerebrum is classified into two cerebral hemispheres, the left and right. Each hemisphere is made up of four cerebral lobes: frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe and occipital lobe. Each cerebral lobe includes the gray and white matter. The gray matter is the outer part and it is made up of neuron bodies; the gray matter is as well termed as the cerebral cortex. The white matter is the inner part and it is white since it is in the area where axons of cortical neurons pass.
