The pancreas and liver are originated from the endoderm. As well from endodermal origin are the epithelia of the airway, epithelia of the bladder, of the urethra and of GI tube (predicted of the anus and mouth), the alveolar cells of the lungs and the parathyroid glands and thyroid.
