frequency sampling method for desigining FIR filters
Explain the principle of designing the FIR filter using the method of frequency sampling? Specify for what kind of the filters frequency sampling method is appropriate?

In the frequency sampling method , the desired magnitude response is sampled and linear phase response is specified. The samples of required frequency response are described as DFT coefficients. The filter coefficients are then estimated as IDFT of this set of samples.
Frequency sampling method is attractive for the narrow band frequency selective filters in which only a few of samples of the frequency response are considered as non-zero.

Find out the Power Factor of the alternating current network demonstrated below, while operating at a frequency of 50Hz. Thus, establish a revised value for the inductor, L that will accurate the Power Factor of the network to unity. A colleague tells you he can shift the emission wavelength of the plasomon resonance of a gold nanorod using ultrasound. He wants to use this to lock-in the plasmon resonance (statistically correlate the ultrasound with the output to detect the nanorod more sensitively), so he can detect it at a
