Define the term ethics and explain why interpersonal communication includes ethical choices, especially in a relation to other interpersonal communication principles.

Ethics can be defined as the some standard principles which are set in order to have a proper moral conduct, moral philosophy and proper manner of communication. When we talk about the interpersonal relationship, ethics are taken care of. There are certain principles of this type of communication which supports ethical choices in comparison to other communication principles. They are:
• Inescapable nature of interpersonal communication.• Irreversible nature of interpersonal communication.• It is somewhat complicated and contextual.
As the law is ambiguous, business managers will often face decisions that will rely on their ethical judgments. Comment on this statement, be sure to use an example to elaborate.
Describe how the price system eliminates shortage.A shortage refer that quantity demanded is greater than quantity supplied. It will lead to upward pressure on price. As price increase, quantity demanded falls and quantity supplied increase.
