Define the term ethics and explain why interpersonal communication includes ethical choices, especially in a relation to other interpersonal communication principles.

Ethics can be defined as the some standard principles which are set in order to have a proper moral conduct, moral philosophy and proper manner of communication. When we talk about the interpersonal relationship, ethics are taken care of. There are certain principles of this type of communication which supports ethical choices in comparison to other communication principles. They are:

• Inescapable nature of interpersonal communication.
• Irreversible nature of interpersonal communication.
• It is somewhat complicated and contextual.
