Supervision: It implies overseeing the work of subordinates by their superiors.  This is the act of watching and directing work and workers.

Motivation: It means inspiring, stimulating or encouraging the sub-ordinates with zeal to work. Positive, negative, monetary and non-monetary incentives might be used for this aim.

Leadership: It might be defined as a method by which manager guides and affects the work of subordinates in the desired direction.

Communications: It is the method of passing information, experience, and opinion and so on from one person to the other. This is a bridge of understanding.
