Though, the management method can be treated as a complex one that can be referred to as an identifiable flow of information via interrelated phases of analysis directed towards the accomplishment of an objective or set of objective. This is a concept of dynamic instead of static existence in which the events and relationships should be seen as dynamic, continuous and flexible and as such, should be considered as a whole.
