b. “The Chartered Institute of Public Relations” defines Public Relations as ‘a strategic management function that adds value to an organization by helping it to manage its reputation; Public relations covers a wide choice of strategies generally comprise of providing information to independent media sources in the hope of gaining favourable coverage. It also contains a combination of stimulating particular goods, facilities and procedures and indorsing the overall brand of an association that is an ongoing tact.
