College Recruitment: The procedure of finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (that is, from within or outside of an association) for a job opening, in a cost timely and effective way. The recruitment procedure comprises analyzing the needs of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and choosing applicants, hiring, and integrating the fresh employee to the association.
