a) Mechanoreceptors are stimulated by the pressure like touch or sound; b) Chemoreceptors, which respond to chemical stimuli; c) Thermoreceptors , which are sensitive to the changes of the temperature; d) Photoreceptors are stimulated through the light; e) Nocireceptors send pain information; f) Proprioceptors are sensitive to spatial position of muscles and joints (they produce the information for equilibrium of body).
