What is the main difference between cellular specific immune response and humoral specific immune response?

Humoral specific immune response is a defense system by means of antibodies, defense proteins secreted by the lymphocytes which attack foreign agents with elevated specificity. Cellular specific immune response is a defense system by means of specific lymphocytes (or cells) which directly attack other foreign agents and cells.
