ii. The immoral manager – Immoral managers are actively opposed to the ethical behavior in business and will fully disregard ethical standards in their decision making.
iii. The amoral manager – Amoral managers come out in two forms: the unintentionally amoral manager and the intentionally amoral manager. Intentionally amoral managers deliberately believe business and ethics are not to be assorted because different rules apply in business versus other areas of life. Unintentionally amoral managers do not pay much attention to the idea of business ethics either, but for different reasons. They are basically careless about, causal about, or distracted to the fact that certain types of business decisions or company activities have harmful effects on others – in short, they are basically sightless to the ethical dimension of decisions and business actions.
2. Many business professors have noted there are substantial numbers of amoral business students in classrooms. So efforts to way out business corruption and implant high ethical standards into the managerial procedure of executing and crafting strategy is improbable to generate an ethically strong global business environment anytime in the near future, barring main effort.
