Arterial vessels are blood vessel which carries blood from heart to the tissues. Arteries and arterioles are the arterial vessels. Arterioles are thin arteries which end in the capillaries.

Not all arteries though consist of the arterial blood which is highly oxygenated blood. The pulmonary artery and its ramifications, arteries carries the blood from the right heart ventricle to the lungs, containing the venous blood.
