Analysis:

The global operations which were in HQ in United States there were lot of problems that exists in this company because the analysis have shown that this operation focuses on people intensive where the internal staffs are not satisfied with the quality of work in the organization as well they were very dissatisfied with the time as well.

The operations were restructured about the market/geographic groups. The particular jobs were realigned to fulfill with the tenets of Job Enrichment with a total customer focus instead of a functional expertise bent. This worked well, but enhancements were still required. The Measurement was instituted to aid focus on service quality and enhancing productivity.

There were many problems which exist in the organization and that was the reason being an organization which was not flexible at all due to several genuine reasons and that are as follows:

Poor training given to the employee’s which created negative output and poor returns (results) as this organization is hiring new employees and new staffs so they need to understand the work and job which can make their job successful and result in high outcome.

Errors started increasing by increasing of work pressure.

Strategies:

After analyzing the problems and difficulties face by the organization and there were no proper output which happens so the strategies have been built by the organizational development team and the motivation has been suggested from their end. The interviews have been planned from the help of internal OD team and thus the survey have been arranged as per the discussions from the work of two Hackman and Oldham who measured the different important elements of the job enrichment.  The internal consulting team also asked to build the team building sessions which will include discussions, meetings, feedback sessions, motivation sessions, and training sessions etc which help to increase the revenue.

Create a second list identifying the factors for change that were successfully addressed.

There were several factors which successfully addressed are the most important are:

From the company point of view the overview which says is that the operations were restructured around market/geographic groups which helped in almost factors and the specific jobs were realigned to comply with the tenets of Job Enrichment with a complete customer focus rather than a functional expertise bent. This also worked well, but enhancements were still required. Measurement was instituted to help focus on service quality for the better output expectations and there was focus on improving productivity which can help in increasing of productivity of the organization. This worked very fine, however personnel troubles were still rampant and cooperation was low. So there were any factors which really worked in a huge amount of number but also the improvements still needed for a real outcome.

Create a third list identifying any factors that deserve more attention.

This list will determine the factor that deserves more attention. The organization needs to determine the right people and right job to each employee. The very most important thing is job description, job enrichment, job specification because these three terms are most important in any organization which was lacking in this organization and this was the main reason of lack of flexibility in this company.

Training is the most important factor which really needs a lot of attention because as this organization is hiring new employees and new staffs so they need to understand the work and job which can make their job successful and result in high outcome.

After the right training has been provided to each employee there is a need of motivation which require or needs to increase the life of job along with the interest as well skills and talents to energize and exercise the environment to make an excellence output of the result.

There is also a need of identification of the resources to put in the right thing so the resources do not get wasted and use in the right place or right position.

There should be a weekly meetings that needs to be arranged for the reports and discussions for complaints, issues, concerns, meetings needs to be arranged like that it provide proper solution to the problem and proper management action should be provided.
