With the exception of entry-level jobs, many jobs are filled both internally and externally. Some organizations today are less interested in developing and promoting their employees and thus are more interested in recruiting externally. When do you think it is wise to push one type over the other? That is, when is it beneficial to recruit internally and when do you think it is wise to recruit externally?
