Assignment: Business Analytics System/Integrating Line Into PLM Paper
Write a paper expanding on and evaluating key components of logistics management.
1. Why need a retail system? define sales goals, merchandise plan, buy planning and analytics, management reporting.
2. Define business analytics, what is working and what is not? (ex. style performance) Are promotions driving business? pre-season planning analysis (historical benchmarks, product category contribution), pre-buy analysis (what drive your business?)
3. Overview POS, ERP, CRM, and other retail systems.
These should be in detail and tell the reason why they are important.
4. Your product is a sustainable recycle cocktail dress. define who your demographic is, and why they want to buy your product. Research the trends that talk about your product, tell why the trend makes sense. Discuss all the attributes that you need to know to produce the product. Such as sizes, color, style.. describe them
