Discussion Post: Self-Assessment Employee Benefit
Go to the "Self-Assessment Exercise" in Chapter 13 of your text. Complete the activity, compare your importance rating for each benefit to the corresponding percentage of employers offering that benefit, and then answer the following questions:
a) Are you likely to find jobs that provide the benefits you want?
b) Would you consider employers who do not offer these benefits? What factors would influence your decision?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
