• Why is the intent of the parties a necessary element in a contract dispute?
Discussion Question 2: Contracts in the Digital Age
For years, contracts have been written on paper and distributed among the parties via traditional delivery methods. However, we are living in a digital age. Currently, contracts are "signed" online by checking a box or typing a name.
Based on the above information, answer how the formalities of a contract are affected if a contract is delivered via email?
