Resistance is a natural and necessary part of the learning process, but it can also be very frustrating for the consultant. In your Discussion Board posting, address the following:
a) Share examples of resistance that you have encountered, or anticipate encountering, from subtle to overt.
b) Why do you think you got or are going to get this resistance?
c) How did you overcome this resistance, or how do you plan to overcome it?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
