Overview:
Corporate responsibility is a business's concern for society's welfare. The newest theory in social responsibility is called sustainability. This theory refers to the idea that socially responsible companies will outperform their peers by focusing on the world's social problems and viewing them as opportunities to build profits and help the world at the same time.
Ethics refers to the moral principles or values that generally govern the conduct of an individual or group. Ethics can also be viewed as the standard of behaviour by which conduct is judged. A code of ethics may be adopted as a guideline to help employees make better decisions.

Research their website (and beyond, if necessary) for explanation on why they are voted a top ethical company. Examine and evaluate how their corporate profile and messaging upholds this position.
Your one-page report should summarize the following in your own words:
• Why did you choose this company?
• Does the company have a social responsibility message, if so what is it?
• How has the company demonstrated or promoted this message? Is this a broad philanthropic approach or have they aligned with specific partners?
• What is their long-term strategy? If not stated, can you guess?
• Have they stated corporate ethical guidelines? What are they?
• How do they communicate and uphold these guidelines internally (employees) and externally (with customers, community)?
