Project Overview

Your company recently created a Reputation Management team. You have been transferred to this new team and will play a key role as the team gets up and running. The core belief of this team is that a company's external reputation starts with its internal commitment to upholding high legal and ethical standards. As part of the team, you will help raise awareness within the organization about the importance of considering legal and ethical factors when making marketing decisions, in order to minimize risk and maintain a strong brand reputation.

1. Read the Course Project Overview tab.

2. Conduct research to address the following:

1. Discuss the difference between legal and ethical issues in marketing.

2. Share two examples of companies that have made legal or ethical mistakes related to the marketing of their products and the consequences of those mistakes.

3. Explain why companies should be concerned with law and ethics in marketing.

3. Create a PowerPoint Presentation to summarize your findings and responses. Your PowerPoint should include:

1. Title Page (first slide).
2. A minimum of six "body" slides.

1. At least two pages for each topic above, 2a, 2b and 2c.
2. Succinct text and bullet points.
3. Relevant images, photographs, and/or charts.

3. A list of references (last slide).

4. A script in the presenter's notes section of each slide that includes what you would say when presenting your PowerPoint to the team.

4. Use at least three credible sources.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
