The lesson introduced the other less common types of ADR. Consider and comment on the following questions:
1. Recall the dispute that was the subject of your answer to the forums. Now suppose that you are asked to choose between Med-Arb and Arb-Med for your dispute. Which would you prefer? Explain your choice.
2. Based on your experience as an online student, do you think that online ADR is a viable model? Why or why not? Which types of ADR would be best suited for online offering? To whom would such offerings be appealing, and why? Explain your answers.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
